Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Assist customers with their Starbucks Rewards accounts, app functionality, gift cards, and loyalty program queries.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers about Starbucks products, promotions, and services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain a professional, quiet, and ergonomic home office environment conducive to remote work.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and empathetic skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
