Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and taking orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Educate customers on Starbucks products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee knowledge, including origins, roasts, and flavor profiles.
- Consistently uphold Starbucks brand standards and values in all interactions.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising duties as needed.
