Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and support various departmental initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Facilitate internal communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Support data entry, report generation, and basic data analysis to inform operational decisions.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Oversee office supply management, equipment coordination, and general administrative support for the Green Meadows office.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.
  • Act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring seamless information flow and collaborative efforts.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required to support the team's objectives.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2.5 years (30 months) of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordination role.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
