Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-quality visual assets for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across digital and print.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with Spotify’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, product teams, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and integrated brand experience.
  • Maintain and evolve Spotify’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Produce a wide range of assets including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentation decks, and potentially motion graphics.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, performance data, and evolving project requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our creative output.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar creative role.
  • Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in digital media.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design for digital products.
  • Experience working in the music, tech, or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
