Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain documentation for common onboarding questions and procedures.

  • Collaborate with sales, development, and client success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.

Required Skills
