Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across the full stack using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to team efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through internal presentations or workshops.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
