Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars and strategies aligned with Mascom's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) across all Mascom social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to foster positive community engagement.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyze social media data and metrics using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure Mascom remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development) to ensure consistent brand messaging and support integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and extend reach.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience with social media content creation, including graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related technology sector.
