Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand marketing objectives and overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across key social platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, ensuring Google's brand presence remains innovative and impactful.
- Manage social media campaigns from concept to execution, including content calendars, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to generate insights, identify opportunities for optimization, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Foster and grow online communities, actively engaging with followers and managing brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, PR, Legal) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign delivery.
- Identify and manage relationships with social media influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging.
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and best practices in social media marketing and digital storytelling.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in social media management, brand marketing, or digital communications.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies for large brands.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience demographics.
- Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual and written communication.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
