Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Schedule and publish posts, stories, and campaigns using social media management tools.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Interact with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of social media calendars and content plans.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple social media accounts for businesses.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
