We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team, operating from our Yellowknife office. Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily social media content schedules across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, fan engagement, and artist mentions, providing timely responses and insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns for new music releases, artist announcements, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, short videos, GIFs) optimized for various social platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, A&R, and artist management teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
- Stay informed on the latest social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends in the music industry.
- Support community management efforts, fostering positive interactions and responding to fan inquiries.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and influencers for promotional partnerships when required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or artists.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Ability to analyze social media data and generate actionable insights.
