Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other identity management systems.
- Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents using our ticketing system, adhering to established SLAs.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, and basic router/switch issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices to contribute to the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on various software applications and IT policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT Support role.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Previous experience supporting audiovisual equipment or broadcast technologies.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
