You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, from desktop and laptop troubleshooting to network connectivity and application support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other identity management systems.
  • Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents using our ticketing system, adhering to established SLAs.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, and basic router/switch issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices to contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on various software applications and IT policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT Support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Previous experience supporting audiovisual equipment or broadcast technologies.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
