Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Assist with various stages of the recruitment process, such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless welcome for new employees.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR procedures, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including research, data collection, and logistical coordination.
- Assist with benefit administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee information and HR data.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
Required Skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or working towards one).
