Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior site management in overseeing and coordinating daily construction site operations and activities.
  • Monitor project progress diligently, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, technical specifications, and allocated budget.
  • Support in the efficient coordination of subcontractors, material suppliers, and on-site labor to ensure seamless and productive workflow.
  • Contribute actively to maintaining and rigorously enforcing all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations on site.
  • Participate in regular site meetings, accurately taking notes, and diligently following up on assigned action items.
  • Assist in conducting thorough quality control checks, ensuring all materials and workmanship consistently meet required industry and project standards.
  • Help manage site logistics effectively, including material delivery, organized storage, and optimal equipment allocation.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for review and analysis by Project Managers.
  • Proactively identify and report any potential issues, risks, or delays to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Actively learn and apply industry best practices in construction management, site supervision, and project execution.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of core construction principles, methodologies, and site practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented construction environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and embrace continuous improvement.
