Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior site management in overseeing and coordinating daily construction site operations and activities.
- Monitor project progress diligently, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, technical specifications, and allocated budget.
- Support in the efficient coordination of subcontractors, material suppliers, and on-site labor to ensure seamless and productive workflow.
- Contribute actively to maintaining and rigorously enforcing all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations on site.
- Participate in regular site meetings, accurately taking notes, and diligently following up on assigned action items.
- Assist in conducting thorough quality control checks, ensuring all materials and workmanship consistently meet required industry and project standards.
- Help manage site logistics effectively, including material delivery, organized storage, and optimal equipment allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for review and analysis by Project Managers.
- Proactively identify and report any potential issues, risks, or delays to senior management in a timely manner.
- Actively learn and apply industry best practices in construction management, site supervision, and project execution.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of core construction principles, methodologies, and site practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented construction environment.
