Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all designated site areas, including welfare facilities, workshops, and active work zones.
  • Safely collect, segregate, and dispose of various types of waste materials (e.g., metals, concrete, wood, hazardous materials) in accordance with company procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure all access routes, emergency exits, and walkways are clear, unobstructed, and safe for personnel and equipment movement.
  • Assist skilled operatives with the movement and handling of tools, equipment, and materials as required.
  • Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools responsibly and safely.
  • Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to site management.
  • Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in site inductions and safety briefings.
  • Support general labouring tasks as directed by site management.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour and lifting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
