Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations and reports.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating professionally with candidates.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, meticulously preparing new hire packets, facilitating initial paperwork completion, and assisting with orientation logistics to ensure a seamless integration.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and strict compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Support employee relations activities by responding promptly and courteously to employee inquiries, providing clear and concise information on HR policies and procedures, and escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of various HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, performance management cycles, and employee engagement events.
- Process HR-related documentation efficiently, including employment verifications, status changes, benefits enrollment forms, and termination paperwork.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization to ensure seamless HR operations and proactively support broader business needs.
- Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment for all employees, aligning with Siemens' values and culture.
Required Skills
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach to tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Knowledge of basic HR principles, best practices, and relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Prior experience in a large or global organization is a plus.
