Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers and merchants primarily via live chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to e-commerce operations, platform features, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Assist users with account management, order processing, shipping queries, payment issues, and product listing support within e-commerce ecosystems, including those related to Shopify.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps for common technical challenges, including those related to third-party integrations or specific platform functionalities.
  • Effectively utilize internal tools, resources, and knowledge bases to research and resolve complex customer issues efficiently and independently.
  • Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to escalate and resolve complex issues that require specialized attention.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, personalized, and efficient service, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay updated with product changes, policy updates, and new e-commerce trends, including developments within platforms like Shopify, to provide the most current and relevant information.

Required Skills
