We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic e-commerce operations team in Orlando, Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update product details, including titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, inventory levels, and variants, into the Shopify platform.
- Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet established quality standards and specifications for various online channels.
- Categorize products correctly and assign appropriate tags to enhance search functionality and customer navigation within our online stores.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all product listings.
- Collaborate effectively with e-commerce, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure product information is complete, compelling, and up-to-date.
- Monitor competitor pricing and product details as needed to inform strategic adjustments and maintain market competitiveness.
- Assist in the creation and management of product collections, promotions, and discounts on the Shopify platform.
- Generate basic reports on data entry progress, product catalog health, and inventory status.
- Adhere strictly to established data entry procedures, guidelines, and quality control standards.
- Provide administrative support for other e-commerce related tasks and projects as required by the department manager.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry, preferably in an e-commerce or retail context.
- Proficiency in using the Shopify platform for product management and content updates.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a strong emphasis on detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
