Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all product listings on the Shopify platform, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Process and fulfill online orders promptly and accurately, coordinating shipping and handling logistics with external carriers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders, product availability, and general store information via email or phone.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and content creation to promote new arrivals and special promotions.
  • Monitor website performance and report on key e-commerce metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support in-store operations by assisting with merchandising, inventory checks, and customer service as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or e-commerce support role.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with the Shopify platform, including product management, order fulfillment, and basic analytics.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
