Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and a positive shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash or card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
