Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards on the shop floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to Zara guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash, card payments, and managing returns/exchanges.
- Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and tidy at all times.
- Help manage inventory, including receiving deliveries, tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom to optimize efficiency.
- Keep the selling area clean and organized, including fitting rooms, ensuring a pleasant and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Actively promote current campaigns, offers, and the Zara loyalty program to customers to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a secure workplace.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic store atmosphere, upholding Zara's brand image and values.
