Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product location, queries, and offering recommendations.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are rotated correctly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organised appearance of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with promotions, merchandising, and displaying products to maximise sales appeal.
- Support the store management team in daily operations and security procedures.
- Handle customer returns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
