  • Track and trace shipments, providing updates to internal teams and resolving any transit issues.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipment contents against manifests and invoices, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all shipping activities, electronically and physically.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
  • Handle inquiries related to shipping, deliveries, and logistics, providing timely and accurate information.

Required Skills
