Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Norwalk, Connecticut. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Support HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Assist with payroll processing by providing relevant employee data and addressing discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to foster a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Solid understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and employment law.

Preferred Qualifications
