Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and software, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules and operational guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Prepare detailed service reports, document actions taken, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
- Manage spare parts inventory and logistics for assigned service tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service processes and product performance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role, preferably in industrial automation.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet).
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Poland.
