Job Description
Commvault is seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Senior Recruiter for immediate hiring to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This is a critical role that will directly contribute to our continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, with a particular focus on technical and sales roles within the software and data management industry. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in driving the full lifecycle recruiting process, from initial requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, sourcing strategies, and interview best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for a diverse range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide market insights, and advise on optimal recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and compliance (Commvault primarily uses Workday).
- Drive offer management and negotiation processes to secure top candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Commvault at career fairs and industry events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and provide insights into talent acquisition trends.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for challenging roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Workday is highly preferred.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for software development, engineering, and sales roles.
- Prior experience with global recruiting or diverse talent markets.
- Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
