Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in an intensive training program covering banking accounting principles, financial systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support senior team members in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFRS and local standards.
  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliations of various accounts.
  • Learn and apply internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision, including the preparation of relevant schedules and reports.
  • Conduct initial financial data analysis, identifying discrepancies and assisting in problem resolution.

Required Skills
