As a live-in Security Officer, you will be expected to embed yourself within the estate’s operational framework, providing continuous surveillance and immediate response capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter, common areas, and designated zones to identify and report any security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems, alarms, and other security equipment effectively.
  • Manage access control points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors gain entry to the estate.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
  • Enforce estate rules and regulations firmly yet respectfully.
  • Assist residents and visitors with security-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and estate management to enhance security protocols.
  • Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • Provide first-line response during medical emergencies or other crises until professional help arrives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar protective services role.
  • Excellent observational and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina for extensive patrolling.
  • Sound knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
