Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard – Facility/Corporate to join our team in Eliozu, Port Harcourt. This crucial role involves safeguarding our company’s property, assets, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure and orderly environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for observing and reporting suspicious activities, enforcing company security policies, and responding to emergency situations with professionalism and composure. Key Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Control access points, screening visitors, employees, and vehicles.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational status.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Write detailed reports on observations, incidents, and activities.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct safety checks and identify potential hazards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role (1+ years)
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.

- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
