Key Responsibilities
- Greet and screen all individuals entering the facility, including patients, visitors, and staff, in accordance with current health and security protocols.
- Verify identification, appointments, or staff credentials, and ensure compliance with entry requirements.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding facility access, safety measures, and visitor policies.
- Monitor entry points for unauthorized access or suspicious activities, reporting any concerns to security personnel or management immediately.
- Assist with directing individuals to their destinations within the facility, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of screened individuals and incidents.
- Handle inquiries and provide initial de-escalation for individuals who may be distressed or non-compliant, directing complex situations to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming presence while strictly enforcing safety and security regulations.
