Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and digital channels, providing friendly, professional, and helpful service.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products and services from Elkjøp's extensive range, tailored to their specific requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding product features, specifications, pricing, availability, and current promotions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously, demonstrating problem-solving skills and escalating complex cases when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and current campaigns offered by Elkjøp through continuous learning and training.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve daily, weekly, and seasonal sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy, sales ethics, and operational guidelines.
