Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information regarding Telekom Hungary's wide array of products, services, and current promotions.
- Efficiently and empathetically resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating more complex or technical cases to specialized teams when necessary.
- Assist customers with routine account management tasks, clarify billing questions, and provide basic technical troubleshooting guidance.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of all customer interactions and transactions within our systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively promote relevant Telekom services that meet customer needs.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, established procedures, and agreed-upon service level agreements.
- Actively participate in all provided training sessions, workshops, and coaching to continuously improve service quality and personal performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian (native or advanced proficiency).
- Strong active listening skills and proven problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and a strong aptitude for quickly learning new software applications.
- A high level of empathy, patience, resilience, and a consistently positive, customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment with minimal direct supervision.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
