We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in the heart of Downtown, Delmar. Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including transaction processing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts, reports, and systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, IT, Front Office) to ensure seamless operations and resolve complex issues.
- Prepare and generate various operational reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, procedures, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness and risk management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Adhere strictly to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide support for audit requests and contribute to ensuring a strong internal control environment.
- Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and technological advancements.
Required Skills
