Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service by assisting with inquiries, transactions, and account management.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all operational procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate information about Scotiabank's products and services.
