Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated School Teacher to join our committed team, with opportunities available in both Primary and Secondary settings, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
- Assess, monitor, record, and report on the progress and development of pupils, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil engagement and participation.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support pupil progress and well-being.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events.
- Undertake continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice.
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils.
Required Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across relevant key stages (Primary or Secondary).
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Ability to assess pupil progress and differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in a multicultural and diverse school environment.
- Specialist subject knowledge relevant to Primary or Secondary curriculum areas.
