Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-tier technical support for all Salesforce-related inquiries and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex user issues, diagnose system problems, and identify root causes related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and data.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management, profile and permission set configuration, data loading, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues or implement new features.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to empower users and streamline support processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices to improve user proficiency and adoption.
  • Monitor Salesforce system performance and health, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new Salesforce releases, enhancements, and custom developments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce support operations and user experience.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce support or administration role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and standard objects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative configuration (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules).
  • Experience with user management, security settings, data management, and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and troubleshooting connected applications.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) concepts.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a large enterprise environment.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or experience with IT service management best practices.
