Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects, from inception to post-implementation support.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, budget estimates, and robust risk management strategies.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Facilitate effective communication with all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, business users, and technical teams.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party consultants as needed for Salesforce-related initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements across all project phases.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Salesforce best practices and promote user adoption across the organization through training and support.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years (48 months) of hands-on project management experience, with a significant focus on Salesforce implementations or complex CRM projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other major Salesforce products.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with change management processes related to CRM system adoption and business transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or other relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
- Familiarity with integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation).
