Accenture is seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Develop, test, and deploy highly personalized and dynamic email campaigns, automated journeys, and cross-channel marketing programs.
  • Manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber lists to ensure accurate and targeted communication.
  • Write and debug AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS for advanced email and landing page development.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, define scope, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and optimization for SFMC instances.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for email deliverability, compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM), and marketing automation strategies.
  • Document technical specifications, solution designs, and deployment processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation and administration.
  • Proficiency in SFMC modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Strong command of AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS for advanced email template and landing page development.
  • Experience with SQL for data manipulation, segmentation, and integration within SFMC.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and integration patterns.
  • Previous consulting experience with external clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) or API integrations.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
