Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to gather and document detailed functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other relevant clouds to meet client specifications.
- Perform declarative customizations including objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, assignment rules, and page layouts.
- Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transfers to and from Salesforce.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solution quality and user satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users and administrators on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, and developers to ensure seamless integration and timely project delivery.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their applicability and impact on current and future client solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations to maximize Salesforce adoption and value.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, as needed.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities and best practices.
- Experience with declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Solid experience with data migration tools and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Prior consulting experience working with multiple clients in diverse industries.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
