This role is not just about technical execution; it’s about understanding complex business needs, translating them into scalable Salesforce features, and ensuring seamless adoption by end-users. You will work closely with stakeholders from sales, marketing, operations, and customer service to gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and recommend optimal Salesforce configurations. From initial discovery to post-implementation support, you will manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Your daily activities will involve configuring standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and other declarative tools to support business requirements. You will be responsible for data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Furthermore, you will develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management, helping to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. A critical aspect of this role is providing training and ongoing support to Salesforce users, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency and continuous improvement within the platform. You will also stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, proactively recommending enhancements and new features to keep our Salesforce instance optimized and future-ready. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments and stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Fields, etc.).
  • Perform data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to Salesforce end-users.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with development teams for complex integrations or custom development when required.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing relevant enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and declarative configuration tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
  • Ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in user training and support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components.
