Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Memphis, Tennessee. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Human Resources department, with a particular focus on leveraging the Salesforce platform for various HR processes. As a Salesforce HR Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, data management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee data and records within Salesforce and integrated HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, offboarding processes, and internal transfers.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards using Salesforce, providing data-driven insights to HR business partners and leadership.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions, providing timely and accurate information or escalating as appropriate.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement events.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive HR information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Troubleshoot basic Salesforce HR system issues and collaborate with IT or HRIS specialists for resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for HR operations, particularly leveraging Salesforce features.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce HR Cloud (e.g., Workday integrated with Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
