Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data into and out of Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Support data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and consultants to understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in Salesforce data.
- Document data processes, definitions, and business rules to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings.
- Learn and apply best practices in Salesforce administration and data management.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
