Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze client business requirements and technical needs.
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.).
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct client workshops and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams, including developers and architects, to ensure solution integrity and successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, data migration strategies, and system integration approaches.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
- Proven expertise in at least two Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Consultant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or other programmatic Salesforce tools.
- Experience with integration tools and data migration techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
