Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation are consistently met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Train and onboard new Sales Advisors, ensuring they understand store policies and sales techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
