Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospective customers through various channels (field visits, tele-sales, events).
  • Present and demonstrate Vodacom products and services, clearly articulating their value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up to foster customer loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to contribute to product and service development.
  • Participate actively in all provided training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese (both written and verbal).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (personal or professional).
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite, email).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • A valid Mozambican driving license.
  • Post-secondary education or a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
