As an integral part of our local team, you will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the Woodstock community and surrounding areas. Your primary focus will be on proactive outreach, including making outbound calls, following up on warm leads generated through our robust marketing efforts, and actively participating in local community events to identify and engage potential customers. You will conduct thorough needs assessments, educating clients on the critical importance of adequate protection and effectively presenting tailored Allstate insurance products across various lines, including auto, home, life, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new clients through various channels, including outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency, qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
  • Present, explain, and sell a variety of Allstate insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Process policy applications, renewals, and changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay current with Allstate products, services, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in an inside sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to effectively present and explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Active Georgia Life & Health license.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
