Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable Toyota models.
  • Conduct compelling vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and advanced technologies.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prices, and conditions to secure successful deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Process all sales-related paperwork accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional follow-up and post-sale support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, market trends, and automotive industry developments.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage leads, track customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and promotional events to enhance skills and product expertise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
