Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Kalihi, Honolulu. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Servco, engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations (virtually and in-person), negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to identify their specific requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person at our Kalihi location.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships and provide exceptional post-sale support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and other internal teams to optimize sales strategies and customer experience.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing both in-office and remote tasks effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
