Your primary goal will be to attract attention, demonstrate product features, answer questions, and drive sales through direct interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with potential customers in designated areas to introduce and promote FoodCo’s products and services.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically communicate product features, benefits, and special offers to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries in a professional and informative manner.
  • Distribute promotional materials, samples, and merchandise to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current products, promotions, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure promotional displays are well-maintained, attractive, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales ethics and customer service standards.
  • Assist with inventory checks and reporting promotional material usage.
