Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly on the sales floor, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer expert advice on product selection, styling, and outfit coordination.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Simons' products, brands, current promotions, and store layout.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, tidy, and adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and courteously, resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including fitting rooms and sales areas.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, replenishing merchandise, and managing stock levels.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and industry developments to enhance customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingualism in French and English is highly preferred for our Montreal clientele).
- A strong passion for fashion, style, and an understanding of current trends and brands.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems, including POS software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as retail demands.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fashion retail setting with knowledge of premium brands.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and customer service metrics.
- Experience with visual merchandising or display arrangement.
