Job Description

Wisynco Group Limited is seeking an energetic and strategic Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in Anchovy, Montego Bay. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and solidifying our brand presence across the Western region of Jamaica. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our marketing objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strong relationships with our valued customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding distribution channels and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and identify market trends.
- Present and promote new products and marketing initiatives to clients, ensuring optimal placement and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure accurate order taking, timely delivery coordination, and effective resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and training sessions as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for extensive travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Existing network of contacts within the retail or distribution sector in Western Jamaica.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Ability to speak Patois is an asset for local market engagement.
